Chiropractic Story

Dr. Homonai was enrolled in the pre-optometry program at Penn State University at the Fayette Campus. He was working at UPS in New Stanton when he hurt his back. He missed several days of work and school while he treated with the conventional method of rest and medication with no results. He knew that he had to try something different so he went to a chiropractor for help. After treating successfully for his back injury, the chiropractor told Dr. Homonai that he noticed on his new patient form that he had allergies and asthma. He had taken allergy shots and medication for 20 years with only mild relief of any symptoms. The chiropractor explained how the nervous system controls everything in our body and that further chiropractic care would likely help correct his allergies and asthma.  So six months later after chiropractic care and some diet changes and nutritional supplementation his allergies all but went away. This is when he knew that this was his calling.
