Upon entering our office our receptionist will greet and welcome you as a member of our family. We will request that you complete the necessary forms related to your health history. You may download these forms from our website and complete them at home before your first appointment.
Next, you will have a consultation with one of the doctors to discuss your health-related goals as well as potential treatment options. Your first visit is designed for either Dr. Homonai or Dr. Tyger to learn more about you, your condition, and your expectations. This visit will allow the doctor to gain insight about your condition and allow him to decide what type of examination and tests may be necessary.
After your consultation, the doctor will perform a complete chiropractic physical examination- evaluating your complete musculoskeletal system. Other tests may be performed at the discretion of the doctor. However, nothing will be done in our office without your consent.
Your specific condition may require us to take x-rays in order to understand the degree of treatment that is necessary. X-rays allow the doctors to rule out serious pathology and assist in developing the most effective treatment plan for you. Most patients are amazed once they see their x-rays and can often immediately identify areas of misalignments and degeneration themselves!
